First time in hospital

Thursday the 12th was the 1st day in my life that I've injected one patient. When I help the syringe, my hands trembled and I was afraid I could not make it. 1...2...3...4...60, I kept counting in my mind and whispered that I could do it. Yay! I made it... I just hope that I'll get used to do this and I'll be able to do it better than I do now. ^-^

How to use cell phone safely

According to Interphone study (a research trying to determine whether mobile phones increase the risk of humans developing cancer), the excessive use of mobile phones can cause four specific types of cancer. However, you can avoid these problems by just follow these easy and useful tips below:

1. you could try to talk less and text more to minimize head exposure

2. the use of a hands-free set is also recommended (a Bluetooth headset is also better than nothing as it decreases radiation exposure by up to 90%)

3. do not put your phone in your trouser pockets

4. do not put your handset next to your pillow or on the bedside table; you’d better place your mobile phone 3 meter away from your bed

5. forbid small children from the use of a mobile phone or at least encourage them to text instead of talking on the handset.

6. add shielding material between your body and the phone to prevent cell phone radiation from penetrating the organs in your lower body
